Privacy Policy of the online store meblesg.pl


 I. General Provisions:


This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data obtained from Customers of the online store.


The controller of personal data collected through the online store is S&G Home Grzegorz Chmura with its registered office in Luszowice (registered office address and delivery address: ul. Dworska 80, 33-206 Luszowice NIP 871-177-49-64; e-mail address: sghome@onet.pl - hereinafter referred to as the Controller, who is also the service provider of the online store and the seller).


Personal data of the Service User and Customer are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended), and in cases indicated therein, with the consent of the Service User or Customer.

II. GDPR Information Clause:

"Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR' (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), please be informed that:

Based on Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  1. taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract or the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, e.g., taking actions to fulfill an order (such as issuing a sales invoice, shipping the order)
  2. considering complaints and claims,
  3. archival purposes,
  4. compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (e.g., resulting from tax and accounting regulations),

Providing personal data is a requirement for entering into or performing a contract and a requirement for fulfilling the Controller's legal obligation; however, failure to provide data within the scope required by the controller may result in a refusal to enter into a contract, e.g., refusal to accept and execute an order.


The recipients of personal data will be:

  1. partners providing IT services regarding the maintenance and development of our IT systems,
  2. entities that handle the realization and delivery of your order, i.e., entities conducting courier or postal activities,
  3. entities providing accounting and legal support services to us,
  4. banks


Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract and fulfilling the legal obligation of the Controller will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry, for the period necessary for:

  1. after-sales customer service (e.g., complaint handling),
  2. compliance with a legal obligation of the Controller (e.g., resulting from tax or accounting regulations).


We obtain personal data directly by accepting an order or through ongoing correspondence.


Your rights:

  1. the right to access the content of your personal data, i.e., the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the Controller processes the data and information regarding such processing,
  2. the right to rectify data if the data processed by the Controller is incorrect,
  3. the right to complete personal data if the data processed by the Controller is incomplete,
  4. the right to request the Controller to delete the data,
  5. the right to request the Controller to restrict data processing,
  6. the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive personal data provided to the Controller and send it to another controller,
  7. the right to object to data processing,
  8. the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority,
  9. the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal),

Personal data will not be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling.

Personal data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country (outside the European Union) or an international organization.



The Controller exercises high diligence in order to protect personal data. Collected data is processed lawfully for lawful purposes no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. The Controller applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed personal data, and in particular protects them against unauthorized access, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws, loss, alteration, damage, or destruction.

The Controller provides the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data transmitted electronically:

1. Account access only after providing an individual password and login,

2. Protection of the dataset against unauthorized access,

3. SSL certificate issued by: Certum Domain Validation CA SHA2



III. COOKIES AND OPERATIONAL DATA

1. The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

 

2. Cookies are IT data, text files, which are stored on the Website User's terminal device and are intended for using the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the storage time on the terminal device, and a unique number.

These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each instance of their placement on the Website User's device.
